| The house that we offer you for sale is located in a village called Lozenitza , just a kilometre away from the tiny but so famous town of Melnik. The village is small , quiet and peaceful and has a lovely atmosphere created by the vineyards that surround the whole area. Right here is the home of popular Bulgarian wines connected with Melnik. Every visitor to the area goes back home with a bottle of red wine reminding them of the warmth and the spirit of the place. Melnik is protected by UNESCO because of its famous Sand Pyramids. This is a place which is worthy of visiting for you are sure to be made very welcome. There are small restaurants which have been kept very traditional and are loved because of the delicious foods they serve.
This area is popular for many other reasons as well:
The climate is mild and very favourable for people with breathing and lung problems
The town of Sandanski - popular with its mineral water is just 10 minutes drive away
The area provides a variety of outdoor and leisure activities, recently there has been the building of four and five star spa hotels and they offer really interesting and relaxing health treatments. The area also benefits from a culinary selection worthy of a much larger town, all serving delicious meals.
This town also benefits from its close proximity to Greece and the azure beaches of the Aegean Sea and also Halkidiki.
